Make more people happy

From Japan! Implementing a service that heats up hundreds of millions of people.
While liking this vision, I wasn't sure exactly what kind of work I was doing, but I decided to change my job after an introduction from an acquaintance at Colorkrew.

At the music service environment I worked at, we were able to make at best tens of millions of people happy globally.
Still, because there are so many copyrights, we felt what we can do is limited.
The Colorkrew that has a grand vision but hasn't taken form yet, looked very attractive to me.

Things I acquired

Four years have passed since I've joined Colorkrew.
It feels like the high spirited me at the time couldn't imagine myself doing simple work.

Currently at Colorkrew, there isn't any frivolous flashiness going on. There is no fame, and there is no respect from the public’s eye for the company and its service as well as a job in the music industry getting to meet celebrities.
There are just the overwhelming motivation, and a feeling of growth and bright eyes of colleagues.

Colorkrew working on a vision which is changing “work” that isn’t rewarding for 10% of Japanese to a rewarding “fun work” feeling.It’s a long, long road, but we are challenging this task.

In accordance with this vision, I will create a service that will “rid of wastefulness at work and make spare time for meaningful work” and provide it to the world.

The work environment is like a black box, and there are lots of darkness that you won’t know of if you don’t take a peek.
My latest goal is to progressively brighten that darkness with Colorkrew’s power and make the environment not wasteful for workers.

Our message to you

Lastly, Colorkrew still needs more members.
We haven’t taken form yet as an organization, but please feel free to visit the office to feel Colorkrew’s atmosphere of its highly ambitious vision progression.
