UI/UX Designer for New Graduates

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer.
Your work will span a variety of projects, including UI design for web and mobile apps and graphic design. Through the selection process, we will determine the main project you will start with.
You will work in a multicultural team with members from diverse backgrounds, using both Japanese and English.
Please note that submitting a portfolio is mandatory during the application process.

• UI/UX design and defining tone and manner for web apps
• UI/UX design and defining tone and manner for mobile apps
• Designing web pages and other product-related graphic materials
• Possess strong leadership

Requirements

• Graduation (or expected graduation) from an arts university or specialized design school, or significant expertise in professional design
• Experience in UI/UX design research or project work in the digital domain
• Basic operational experience with Figma

Preferred

• Experience in creating 2D and 3D graphics
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS coding
• Internship experience
• Familiarity with video editing or animation production software

Salary

• 4.6M~
• Salary revision twice or more a year
• Trial period: (same conditions) 3 months
  (There will be real-time opportunities for advancement during the first six months.)

Working Hours

Flextime (Core time 10:00 to 14:00)
