Pre-Sales Engineer

Entering a company not related to IT, I started a career as an engineer by creating a new IT department. Working in a broad system from core system to service business, I wanted to expand my engineering career and transition into the IT industry.
I have specialized in cloud development since joining Colorkrew in 2015.
I am currently representing Colorkrew as a pre-sales engineer in numerous seminar lectures both internally and externally.
My favorite Container Orchestrator is Kubernetes & Rancher.
Not limiting myself
I have been honored with the opportunity to often make speeches and write articles in study sessions.
However, when I first started, my work wasn't related to IT. I was looking for a general office work position and ended up with a newly established IT department and from it, I gained a wealth of experience.
After that, I gained a wealth of experience.
Aside from building the data center, I've also worked on architecture design using PaaS on the cloud.
Having worked on the in-house system, I was able to undertake projects on the vendor's side such as PM and SE.
During my time as a freelancer, I was able to learn about taxes, the fundamentals of commercial transactions, and the importance of quotations.
While working overseas, I surrounded myself with non-Japanese coworkers and from these relationships I was able to broaden my outlook and values.
Every job has its joys and hardships, but one thing I can say is that I am able to connect myself with all the challenges I have taken without setting limitations for myself.
However, one thing I can say is I am able to connect myself with all the challenges I have taken without setting limitations for myself.
My current roles at Colorkrew are Infrastructure System Leader and Pre-Sales Engineer. Regardless of whether it is inside or outside of the company, there are a lot of communication positions, so I was able to gain many perspectives through work experience.

Even from a technical standpoint, I feel that the knowledge I have gained, regardless of fields and layers accumulation, is of great use.
Colorkrew's Appeal
As an engineer, the appeal of working at Colorkrew can be summarized by the following.
1) Numerous infrastructure engineer positions
2) Main growth of the cloud
3) Many industries instantly incorporating advanced technologies such as games and entertainment to customers
I believe a great employee is someone who can introduce new and interesting work methods.
For example, with our in-house SNS (Goalous) development, each person can post actions of their activities, share with other members, where new ideas of service options are created and can progress efficiently through the help of experiences from other members.
Also, even if our clients and Colorkrew itself don't have certain technical experience, we will proactively integrate those new experiences and increase challenge limits.
The challenge facing various institutions centered around being Super Flat is in the difficulty to continue going and not collapse in the end.
